Area: HWS (hot water system)
Observation: The HWS tray displays signs of corrosion which may indicate the HSW is leaking.
Location: Stairwell
Area: Handrail
Observation: The handrail support is broken and the handrail wobbles when held.
Location: East Elevation
Area: Gutters
Observation: The gutters are full of weeds and leaf litter which would cause them to overflow and contribute to the moss growing on the blockwork surface.

Area: Roof
Observation: The roof is made of asbestos sheeting which is cracked in many places.
Location: Front Elevation
Area: Brickwork
Observation: The AC is dripping water.

Area: Septic Tank
Observation: The area around the septic tank is very damp.
Location: Ground Floor
Area: Roof
Observation: The box gutter appears to be in poor condition. There appears to be leaking at the roof flashing.
Location: Warehouse
Area: Roof (Sisalation)
Observation: There is no sisalation paper to the back section roofing which will allow condensation drops in colder months.
Location: Factory
Area: Toilets
Observation: The light to the toilet comes on when plugging the lead into the socket. The electrical wiring to the toilet should be checked over and installed with conduits.
