I/we hereby give our permission for the Project and their nominated building inspector SPI Property Inspections on behalf of The Department of Transport to carry out a property pre-construction condition survey of my/our property. I/we understand that there is no cost involved. I/we understand that myself or a nominated representative is required to be present at the time of the inspection, and that I/we will have 14 days to review and query the report before it is considered final.
