Paul Jackson from SPI property inspections attended our property to undertake an Owner Builder Defect Report. The process was very straight forward from booking the inspection through to receiving the report. We used SPI Property Inspections for an Owner Builder 137B Defects report on our deck/veranda which was a requirement when selling our house. SPI sent Paul along for our job.
