On larger infrastructure and development projects, these are often carried out alongside our dilapidation and property condition surveys and commercial building condition reports.

We offer two types of Street Survey, depending on your project requirements:
VIDEO
High-definition (HD) video of kerb and channel is captured using a vehicle-mounted camera while the vehicle is travelling at idle speed.
The footage typically covers the full width of the carriageway, along with the general condition of the nature strip, footpath and surrounding street assets.
Both sides of the street and median strips can be recorded in a single survey. Video footage is provided in MP4 format, allowing you to easily extract still frames whenever required.
WALKING SURVEY – STILL PHOTOS
In this survey, an Inspector walks the area and captures still images of the specific street assets, such as signs, crossovers, service infrastructure, pit lids and bus shelters, etc.
Assets are recorded regardless of whether defects are present, providing an accurate snapshot of their condition at the time of inspection.
