I give permission for the Level Crossing Removal Project and its nominated building inspection company, SPI Property Inspections, to carry out an inspection of the property detailed below.

I understand there will be no cost involved, and that the property inspector entering the property will carry Public Liability Insurance such that I, and/or the property owner/occupier, will be indemnified from any liability for the work
of the property inspectors.
