SPI Property Inspections Features in the National Australian Construction Review
Melbourne’s Level Crossing Removal Project (LXRP) involves the removal of 75 dangerous and congested level crossings across Melbourne.
This program is the largest of its kind in Victorian history and is one of the projects in progress as part of ‘Victoria’s Big Build’.
SPI Property Inspections has been working with a number of project alliances to provide pre-and post-construction dilapidation reports and street surveys for the LXRP.
The National Australian Construction Review recently interviewed our Projects team on-site, as part of its Major Project Review edition.
SPI was engaged by The Southern Program Alliance (SPA), who managed the removal of level crossings at Seaford, Carrum, Cheltenham and Mentone.
As well as dilapidation reports, SPI Property Inspections conducts building condition reports on all non-residential properties and a range of residential building inspections through The Home inspection Hub, the residential arm of our business.
