The SPI process is designed to make your house inspection a simple and time-effective exercise. Our easy, 4-step inspection process will ensure you get your report quickly, so you can make your decision within the cooling-off period.

Step 1
You, or your sales agent, contact us to book an appointment time.

Step 2
We liaise with your sales agent/building supervisor, on your behalf, so we can arrange a time that suits all parties.

Step 3
Our SPI Inspector undertakes the inspection – approx. 1-2 hours duration. You, or your representative, are welcome to attend the inspection.

Step 4
Following the inspection, our Inspector can go through the report with you verbally, so you know exactly what you are purchasing. If you are able to be there on the day, we will give you the report immediately and clarify each point.

If you are unable to be on site, we will phone and give you a verbal report, following which we will email and post the written report to you within 24 hours. All of this within the cooling off period.
