The SPI team has been in the property business for over 40 years, with hands-on experience in building construction, renovations and inspections.

We have built our business on professional excellence and a commitment to genuine client relationships. We have pride in our people and passion for the work we undertake.

Colin Legg is the founder of the company and continues to lead the team. His reputation in the building industry is well recognised, and he brings sound knowledge and experience to both our house inspection work and our commercial property inspections.

We carry out inspections across the Melbourne metropolitan area, country Victoria and selected regional areas on request. Please contact us to discuss any special arrangements you may require.

SPI Property Inspections are members of the Housing Industry Association, Australia’s largest and most respected housing industry organisation, and the Master Builders Association of Victoria. We are accredited consultants and are covered by $1 million professional indemnity insurance.
