- Founder and Director of the company, Colin Legg, is a registered builder and has worked in the building industry for over 40 years. His experience includes house construction, renovations, creating stage sets and event floats, and residential and commercial building inspections. Colin also has a number of Award recognitions to his name.
- Helen Legg joined the business in September 2009, and in late 2010 became Colin’s wife and joint owner of SPI. Colin and Helen met at BNI, a business network group, and were able to successfully combine business and relationship networking!
- Helen’s background is in branding and marketing communications, and for over 12 years, she worked in the construction and engineering industries. She has also established and run several businesses. Helen specialises in designing in-house systems and making order out of chaos – skills that are ideally suited for the busy world of property inspections!
- SPI Property Inspections has undertaken over 2000 inspections to date and we are covered by $1 million professional indemnity insurance.
